Words Of The Day

IF ONLY...

what?

I bet almost all of us will use these two words together: IF ONLY (I.O)

My first impression of the words: FEELINGS OF REGRET

When I was 7-9 years old girl, I used the I.O: '.......ahh.. IF ONLY I have that Barbie....'

When I was in my early teenager life: '...I.O I have slim body..'

When I was in my blossom teenager year: '...I.O I have good IQ..'

When I was in my late teenager life: '... I.O the exams were over now!...'

When I was in my first year of University: '...I.O I didnt take Diploma but taking A Level instead...'

Now: I.O I am graduating now. LOL

When I was having self-reflect, I learnt one important lesson from this: to be GRATEFUL of what I have now.

I am not me (well, I am still me but in different ways perharps) if each of the things that I had wished came true, I don't think I will be able to meet people that I know until now and would not even get the opportunity to experiencing new adventures or learning new things or learn things from mistakes that I have made.

Meting new people/ things--> argue/agree on something---> regretting/ agreeing on something--> departing is a circle of life. Facing bad experiences teach us to be much independent and strong; facing good experiences teach us to appreciate and create memories that can be reminiscing forever.

AND THERE IS NO SHORT CUT IN LIFE. unless you are God or you are powerful witch/wzard that can turn back time or freeze the time.

Being in constant regret would not bring me to any advance level. So instead of that, I would rather focus on what appear in front of me and try to achieve it.
